Roessel Joy Welcomes Bob Boudreau as Chief Operating Officer
Roessel Joy is excited to welcome Bob Boudreau as the firm's new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Bob brings decades of executive leadership and staffing industry experience, with a proven track record of helping organizations grow, strengthen operations, and build high-performing, people-focused cultures. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of WinterWyman, where he led the organization through significant growth while fostering an award-winning workplace culture.
As Chief Operating Officer, Bob will oversee Roessel Joy's Finance, Human Resources, and Operations functions, partnering closely with Senior Vice President Kelly Gaines Workman and the firm's leadership team. His experience will be instrumental as Roessel Joy continues investing in its people, operational infrastructure, and long-term growth.
